RESOLUTION NO. 2013-167
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDING THE ORDINANCE FOR PAD SUBMISSION REVIEW
Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be clarification in the number of '
meetings Planning & Zoning should review a PAD prior to approval and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a date for public hearing on 09/25/13 to Amend the Ordinance for PAD
Submission Review.
On the 11 th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-167, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDING THE ORDINANCE FOR
PAD SUBMISSION REVIEW and made a motion for approval.. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-167, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDING THE ORDINANCE FOR PAD SUBMISSION
REVIEW to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 11th day of September, 2013.
