W. & Elaine F. Dugan—Property is located off of Great Fields Road and shown on Assessors' Map 35; Parcel 7-2. The
purpose of this plan is to create a 40,650+/-square foot lot from the existing 13+/-acre property owned by the Dugans for
conveyance purposes only.
