CONTINUED Application for Endorsement of Plan Believed not to Require Approval - ANR#2010-
07 Applicant: Dennis W. & Elaine F. Dugan -Property is located off of Great Fields Road and shown
on Assessors' Map 35; Parcel 7-2. The purpose of this plan is to create a 40,650 +/- square foot lot
from the existing 13 +/- acre property owned by the Dugans for conveyance purposes only.
The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, September 8, 2010 beginning
at 6:30 PM in the Brewster Town office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA, to hear, the following:
#2010-18 Guiliano, Francis, 30401303813044 Main Street, Map 13 Lot 34-2: The applicant seeks a
special permit to construct a 20Kw wind turbine approximately 80 feet in height to serve energy needs
on the site.

- Frain letter and plan for 2 Tamer Lane.
- Discussion on the following: 2010-2011 Planning goals
- Review Meeting Minutes: March 24, 2010, April 28, 2010
