REGULAR MEETING

Vice Chairman Kuzman convened the Planning Board meeting at 6:30 pm in the
Brewster Town Office Building with member Collum. He informed the attendees that a
few members of the board were delayed and would be available around 7pm. Because
only 2 members were presented there was not a quorum and the Board would not be
able to make and or discuss any business until at least 4 members were here. He also
informed the attendees that the applicants for the 2 posted hearings recently submitted
requests to continue without prejudice. The ANR would be continued until September 22,
2010 and the Guiliano hearing would be continued until October 13, 2010.
Absent: Barnard, Bugle, McMullen
Delayed -arrived at 7:15 pm: Taylor and Leaning.
Also Present at 7:15 pm: Sue Leven
Chairman Taylor convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:25 pm in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Kuzman, Collum and Leaning.
Other Business:
1.Frain letter and plan for 2 Tamer Lane.
Taylor: reviewed the draft letter prepared by the Town Planner and the revised plan prepared
by the Frains. Opened to the Board for questions/comments. No comments.
Leaning: Motioned to approve the letter to the Frains ~~nd approve the revised plan dated
September 1, 2010 prepared by Eagle Surveying, Inc. 923 Route 6A, Yarmouthport, MA
02675. Seconded by Kuzman. Vote: All Aye.
CONTINUED Application for Endorsement of Plan Believed not to Require Approval
-ANR#2010-07 Applicant: Dennis W. & Elaine F. Dugan -Property is located off of Great
Fields Road and shown on Assessors' Map 35; Parcel 7-2. The purpose of this plan is to
create a 40,650 +/- square foot lot from the existing 13 +/- acre property owned by the
Dugan's for conveyance purposes only.

Taylor: Read the request for a continuance.
Leaning: Motioned to continue to September 22, 2010. Seconded by Kuzman. Vote: All
Aye.
#2010-18 Guiliano, Francis, 3040/3038/3044 Main Street, Map 13 Lot 34-2: The
applicant seeks a special permit to construct a 20Kw wind turbine approximately 80 feet in
height to serve energy needs on the site.
Taylor: read the request for the continuance.
Collum: Motioned to continue to October 13, 2010. Seconded by Kuzman. Vote: All Aye
Other Business continued:
- Discussion on the following: 2010-2011 Planning goals -will discuss at the next
meeting
- Review Meeting Minutes: March 24, 2010, April 28, 2010 -hold until the next meeting
Kuzman: Motioned to adjourn at 7:35 pm. Seconded by Collum. All Aye.
