APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2013 TIFFIN CITY HALL, FOR`
THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATIONZY
THE CONSTRUCTION_MANAGER
WHEREAS, The- City Council of the _.City of TIFFIN has 'received bids for the 2013 TIFFIN
CITY HALL;,and
WHEREAS, the City of TIFFIN has identified City Construction Group LC as having the lowest,
most responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, the City of TIFFIN desires to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of TIFFIN to authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract as
required and necessary to execute a contract with City Construction Group LC in the amount of
$382,700.00 as identified and recommended by the Construction Manager.
