The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, December 1, 2010 beginning at
7:00 pm in the Brewster Town office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following will be heard.
#2010-24 Tom Burrows, 28 Commerce Park Road, Map 46 Lot 41-5-1, I (Industrial) zoning district: The
applicant (who leases the subject property from the Town of Brewster) seeks a special permit pursuant to
Article XII (Corridor Overlay Protection District), Section 179-66-B(1) (Use Regulations) of the Brewster Zoning
Bylaws, to construct an additional 1,500 square foot self-storage building on the property.
The Application and plans are available to view in the Planning Board and/or Town Clerk's office.
Other Business:
- #2010-23: Request from Cape and Vineyards Electric Cooperative to further continue the hearing
on the proposed turbines in Commerce Park to Wednesday, January 12, 2011.
