A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
FOR A BIKE PARKING ORDINANCE
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to update and keep current it's'safety
standards'and codes and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa- to approve `
setting a date for public hearing on 10/23/13 for discussion of adopting a Bike Parking
Ordinance. -
On the 9th day of October, at a regular meeting of'the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilpersbn Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-183, A RESOLUTION SETTING
A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR A BIKE PARKING ORDINANCE and,made a
motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. ,
Ayes: -Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: Phillips
. Absent: none.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-183, A RESOLUTION SETTING ADATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING FOR A BIKE PARKING ORDINANCE to be adopted and -signified..
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 9th day of October, 2013.
