AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL DUTIES - HAROLD L. FERGUSON
WllE, REAS, the Borough of Carteret having been designated as an Urban Enterprise
Zone in January of 1995, has a need to increase the staffofthe Urban Enterprise Zone
Office; and
Wl:IEREAS, present and future Urban Enterprise Zone projects require an additional
Urban Enterprise Zone liaison to assist the Director in the successful development of
various projects; and
WHEREAS, the approved budget of the Urban Emerprise Zone Office has allocated
funding for administrative assistance to aid in the continued growth and development
of corporate and retail entities within the zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorize the appointment of
HAROLD L. FERGUSON
to assist with Urban Enterprise Zone duties, effective August 16, 1996.
Adopted this 15th day of August, 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on August 16, 1996.
