RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The undersigned participant in the Confluence Trash Bash event scheduled for the date of
March 15, 2014 at the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge / Creve Coeur Park / Bangert Park / Bridgeton
Municipal Athletic Complex covenants that he/she shall assume all risk and liability arising in
conjunction with the above activity and shall, save, hold and keep harmless at all times Great Rivers
Greenway, Missouri American Water, Missouri Stream Team, Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
(MSD), its Board of Directors, Officers, employees, and partners against any loss, damage, penalty,
cost and expense, judgments and decrees that may accrue or be incurred by reason of any accident,
loss, wrong, injury or damage to person, life or property in or above referenced area(s) arising out of
the above described activities. In addition, we the undersigned do hereby approve the use of pictures
used by Great Rivers Greenway, Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and partners, in publications,
local newspapers or other publications deemed appropriate.
