A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEALING
THE ACCESS REGULATION ORDINANCE
Whereas, The City recognizes that there will be a contradiction between SUDAS and
the Access Regulation Ordinance and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by,the City"Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting 'a public hearing for 11/13/13 to repeal access regulation Ordinance.

A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEALING THE ACCESS REGULATION ORDINANCE
sand made a motion for approval: Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none
Absent none
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-192, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING FOR REPEALING THE ACCESS REGULATION ORDINANCE to -be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 23rd day of October, 2013.
