RE: Extension of provisional approval for the Hydrodynamic Separation
and Pollution Screener for Pretreatment
Dear Mr. Stavropoulos,
This letter is to advise you that the District has granted a one year
extension of the provisional approval for the Hydrodynamic Separation
and Pollution Screener for Pretreatment.
Please submit a set of sample calculations that demonstrates how your
product will be incorporated with a sand filter BMP and also a set on how
it will be incorporated with a wet pond BMP. Details of the final approval
may be based upon these calculations. Although the District has not
approved your product as a stand-alone BMP we will consider it on a
site -by -site basis.
This extension is granted for a period of one (1) year from the date of this
