AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC),
SCHEDULE J (PARKING PROHIBITED) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO PARKING ON A PORTION OF SWIFTS
HIGHWAY, WEST AND WITHIN 175' OF MYRTLE AVENUE WEST OF MYRTLE
AVENUE AND EAST OF SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J Parkin
Prohibited), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended as
follows:
Swift's Highway: on the south side thereof, for a distance of 175 feet west of the west curb of Myrtle
Avenue.
Swifts Highway4ead: on the north side thereof, between points from a noint 460 feet and °una 7iTne east of
the east curb line of Southwest Blvd. to the west curb of Myrtle Avenue. (Ord. 14005, §1, 2-20-2006)
Section 2. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule M (Parking
Prohibited at Certain Times), subsection (h) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
