The text sizes, north arrow and bar scale may be different than normal plan preparation. Otherwise all exhibits will be produced on a CADD system in accordance with MSD CADD standards. Standard (8½”x11”) Exhibit “A” template drawing utilized. North Arrow indicated and correct, 0.50 size of normal North arrow Scale indicated, both graphically and written, bar scale 0.50 size of normal Current owners name of subject property indicated in required format (see example), and current owners names of all adjacent property. When space makes it impractical to show all adjacent property owners use the lot number (and block number, if applicable) and subdivision name, plat book and page. Make every attempt to show any property owners having a common border to new easement. Subject property, which is described by a metes and bounds description, will have the deed book, page (i.e. DB 3456, PG 1234). Lot number (and block number, if applicable) and subdivision name (and Plat Book and Page) indicated for the subject property and all adjoining lot numbers. Current locator number of subject property and all adjoining properties. Date of most recent revision of easement plat is indicated in the lower left corner Complete project name and number in required format indicated in upper left corner Proposed easements indicated and hachured on subject property ONLY.
