We further certify that said Strip Map Survey meets the accuracy standards of an "Urban Class Survey" established by the Missouri Board of Architects, Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (4-CSR 30-16), but does not meet, in its entirety, the current minimum standards for property boundary surveys.
