A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA
SALA LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA
AT 3232 JASPER AVE NW, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2014.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by Bella Sala located with the corporate city limits of
Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any'reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for Bella Sala, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority,
approval,of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. ,
WHEREUPON, On the 11th day of December 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City
Council, -Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution 2013-210 and made a
motion for A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA SALA
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA AT 3232 JASPER AVE NW,
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 31, 2014. Motion seconded by Council person Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none
Absent: Phillips
With four votes of approval,* Mayor -Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2013-210
APPROVING AN ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR BELLA SALA LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA AT 3232 JASPER AVE -NW, EFFECTIVE AANUARY 31, 2014, by
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 11th day of December 2013 and approved by the Mayor.
