A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY VACATING
LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT WITHIN LOTS 1 -5 AND 8 -15,
AND 6 FT. WIDE EASEMENT TO COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
FOR SANITARY SEWERS AND STORM DRAIN PURPOSES OF
TRACT NO. 10558
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
on September 17, 1974, at a regular meeting of the City Council
duly considered the vacation of that certain portion of that
certain easement for light and air dedicated to the public use
by map of Tract No. 10558, in the City of Temple City, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, recorded in Book 178, pages 4
and 5, of Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said County,
which lies within Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Lots 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14 and 15 of said Tract.
SECTION 2. The City Council further considered the vacation
of a 6 ft. wide easement granted to the County of Los Angeles for
sanitary sewers and storm drain purposes within Lots 1 and 15 of
said Tract.
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby orders and determines:
1. That the aforedescribed light and air easement has
not been used for the purpose for which it was dedicated or
acquired for five consecutive years next preceding September 17,1974,
and that the aforedescribed light and air easement is unnecessary
for the present or prospective public use;
2. That the 6 ft. wide easement granted to the County of
Los Angeles for sanitary sewers and storm drain purposes serves
no useful purpose and may be terminated.
3. That the above vacation of easements are granted subject
to the consent of all the owners involved.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of September, 1974.

I hereby certify that the foregoing. Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 17th day of September., .1974, by
the following vote of the Council:
