10th Annual Acoustic on the Green Concert Series in
Downtown Leesburg Promises Great Summer Entertainment
Leesburg, VA (April 9, 2012) – The artist lineup for
the 10th annual season of the Acoustic on the
Green outdoor summer concert series is now
official.
Concert dates and artists for the 2013 season are:

June 29, 2013 Michael Sheppard
July 13, 2013 Prescott Engle
July 20, 2013 Cal Everett
July 27, 2013 Naked Blue
August 3, 2013 Don Chapman
August 10, 2013 Gary Smallwood
August 17, 2013 Todd Wright
August 24, 2013 Jennifer Daniels
The free concerts begin at 7:00pm on the Leesburg Town Green (25 West Market Street) each
Saturday night. Free parking is available in the Town Hall Parking Garage.
"It is our tenth season and we are celebrating with family. The artists are returning favorites
who have not only supported Acoustic on the Green, but have become part of the fabric of the
series,” said concert series founder Stilson Greene. “In some cases their concert is the only
time people can see them in a venue such as the Town Green. Michael and Cal rarely do solo
shows, Jon and Ted are road warriors and Jennifer's home base is in the South. So to see and
hear them in such a intimate and friendly setting is rare indeed.”
"Jenn and Scott of Naked Blue, Luke, Don, Prescott and Gary will be debuting new work and
some will even have their concert be a CD release event,” he continued. “We also welcome

internationally. His songs are featured on numerous TV shows and he co‐wrote the six‐time
platinum hit “Love You Anyway” for Celine Dion. I am so happy that he, and all the artists, can
squeeze a date for us into their busy schedules. I am also thankful that the Town of Leesburg
continues to be a strong and committed partner in producing Acoustic on the Green, without
their support the series could not exist".

Founded in 2004, the Acoustic on the Green summer concert series was named a “Best Bet for
Summer Concerts” by Washingtonian Magazine. The concert series is a joint production
between the Town of Leesburg and the Leesburg businesses and individuals who advertise in
the weekly program guides.
Official media partners for Acoustic on the Green are Leesburg and Ashburn Today. Cerphe's
