- Take the E. Grand Blvd Exit off I-70.
- Drive east towards the river.
- Enter MSD Bissell Point Treatment Plant front gate. (If closed, use intercom)
- Make a right at the second stop sign you see.
- Make the first left into the Environmental Compliance Building front parking lot.
