Courthouse. From relaxing reggae tunes to the classic rock favorites, the Main Stage is the
perfect place to take in the awesome atmosphere of this Festival of flowers and fun! Loudoun
locals Andy Hawk and Gary Smallwood will be taking the stage this year to show our guests a
rockin’ good time. Also featured are the sounds of VOX POP and 19th Street Band.
The Flower and Garden Festival is Leesburg’s unofficial start to the spring season, so be sure to
join your friends and neighbors for the ‘Leesburg Today’s’ Best of Loudoun “Best Community
