DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF DINGO LICENSES TO
WIIEREAS, application has been properly nmde to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by target'et Jcngi. sh ~ity Camter
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed aud thai the
members designated to conducl BINGO GAMES and to assisl ale bona fide members
of the al~plicant (s); and
WItEREAS, the applicaot (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 aad 8 oFthe Legalized Games o1[' Chance Commission's
p,.egulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Cat teret, that the Muuicipal Clerk is hereby authorized a id
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing,.upou proper
presentation of application aud fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the appl'caut (s),
BE rr FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
