Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) customers
will have the chance to offer feedback on MSD’s Rate
Proposal to the Rate Commission at a series of public
hearings beginning May 11 into June. The hearings,
held throughout MSD’s service area, are designed to
collect the community’s input on MSD’s Rate Proposal.
The meetings will consist of a brief overview of MSD’s
Rate Proposal by MSD’s Executive Director Brian
Hoelscher, followed by the public comment portion.
