HomeMy Public PortalAbout10950O R D I N A N C E NO. 10950 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across portions of an easement owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the City of Chesterfield, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as Bellechasse Drive, located in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided therein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby subordinate certain rights across certain portions of an easement owned by the District to the City of Chesterfield, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as Bellechasse Drive, located in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving effect to Section One thereof, said instrument to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 2001 by the following vote – Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, and A.J. Soukenik. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
