AN ORDINANCE appointing Harry F. Thomson Executive
Director of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and fixing
his salary at the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) per month.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Effective April 29, 1954, Harry F.
Thomson is hereby appointed Executive Director of the Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director
appointed by this Ordinance shall be the sum of Nine Hundred
Dollars ($900.00) per month, payable semi-monthly.
Section Three. By reason of the fact that the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District cannot function without an
Executive Director an emergency exists and this Ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1954
