O R D I N A N C E NO. 9
AN ORDINANCE to fix the compensation of the Director of
Finance, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Effective July 19, 1954, the salary of
the Director of Finance shall be $100.00 per month, payable in
equal semi-monthly installments.
Section Two. The inability of the District to obtain
the services of a full time Director of Finance until the 1st day
of September, 1954 creates an emergency within the meaning of the
Plan, and this Ordinance shall be and become effective on the 19th
day of July, 1954.
