O R D I N A N C E NO. 11
AN ORDINANCE to fix the compensation of the Executive Director, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT:
Section One. Effective August 1st, 1954, the salary of the Executive
Director shall be $12,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments.
Section Two. The failure of the District to fix by Ordinance the salary of
a permanent Executive Director prior to the 1st day of August, when said Executive
Director entered the employ of the District, creates an emergency within the meaning
of the Plan and this Ordinance shall be and become effective on the 1st day of August,
1954.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1954
