AN ORDINANCE to fix the compensation of the Secretary-
Treasurer, effective November 1, 1954, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Effective November 1, 1954, the salary of
the Secretary-Treasurer shall be at the rate of $700.00 per month,
payable in equal semi-monthly installments. The Secretary-
Treasurer shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
Section Two. There being no Ordinance fixing the
compensation of the Secretary-Treasurer creates an emergency
within the meaning of the Plan, and this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 25, 1954.
