Section One of such Ordinance and enacting a new section in lieu
thereof, increasing the bond of the Secretary-Treasurer from
$50,000.00 to $100,000.00, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section One of Ordinance No. 4 is hereby
repealed and a new section, to be known as Section One, is enacted
in lieu thereof, reading as follows:
Section One. The Executive Director and the Director
of Finance shall, before entering upon the discharge of
their duties, give bond in the sum of $50,000.00 to the
District. The Secretary-Treasurer shall, before
entering upon the discharge of his duties, give bond in
the sum of $100,000.00 to the District.
Section Two. The increase in funds of the District
incident to the receipt of taxes at the year end creates an
emergency within the meaning of the Plan, and this Ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 25, 1954.
