AN ORDINANCE to establish a subdistrict for the entire
Maline Creek Watershed, to be known as Maline Creek Trunk
Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, residents of the District have filed with the
Board a petition seeking the establishment of a subdistrict, and
it appears to the Board that the establishment of such a
subdistrict is necessary in order to furnish proper and adequate
sewer service and to protect the public health, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby established a subdistrict
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to be known as
Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
Section Two. The boundaries of Maline Creek Trunk Sub-
district shall be as follows:
Beginning at a point in The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Line said point being two hundred (200) feet north
of the north line of Parker Road on the east line of Section
19 in Township 47 North, Range 7 East; thence south along
said Section Line 19 to its intersection with the center line
of Parker Road; thence southeastwardly in a straight line to
the southwesterly corner of Walter L. Hixson property; thence
northeastwardly along the southerly line of Walter L. Hixson
property to the easterly line of U. S. Survey No. 2962;

thence southerly along said U.S. Survey line to the southerly
line of Frank F. Remmert property; thence eastwardly along
the southerly line of Frank F. Remmert property to a point
six hundred (600) feet east of the easterly line of U.S.
Survey No. 2962; thence southeastwardly on a straight line to
a point, said point being on the northerly prolongation of
the center line of Jerries Lane one thousand (1000) feet
northerly from the center line of Redman Road; thence
southwardly along said prolongation and the center line of
Jerries Lane to the westerly prolongation of the southerly
line of Lot 17 of Redman Acres; thence eastwardly along the
southerly line of said Lot 17 to the easterly line of Redman
Acres; thence southeastwardly in a straight line to the
intersection of the southerly prolongation of the westerly
line of Victor C. Harvey property with the center line of a
road fifty (50) feet wide abutting said property on the
south; thence eastwardly along the center line of said road
to the east line of Section 32, Township 47 North, Range 7
East; thence southwardly along said east line of Section 32
to a point eight hundred (800) feet north of the northerly
line of U.S. Highway No. 66 (100 feet wide); thence
eastwardly eight hundred (800) feet north of and parallel to
the said northerly line of U.S. Highway No. 66, and across
Highway No. 67 (formerly No. 99) to the easterly line of the
C.H. Kaimann property; thence southwardly along the easterly

to the intersection with the center line of U.S. Highway No.

No. 66 to a point nine hundred twenty five (925) feet east of
the center line of Highway No. 67 (formerly No. 99); thence
southwardly along a line nine hundred twenty five (925) feet
easterly from and parallel to the center line of U. S.
Highway No. 67 to the northerly line of Bissell Hills Plat
No. 9; thence westwardly along the said northerly line and
its westerly prolongation to an intersection with the center
line of Highway No. 67; thence southwardly along the center
line of Highway No. 67 to its intersection with the center
line of the original Chambers Road (40 feet wide); thence
eastwardly along the center line of said original Chambers
Road to the intersection with the easterly line of the
Village of Moline Acres; thence southwardly along the

also the easterly property line of Carrol C. Vail and wife to

the southwest line of a ten (10) foot strip dividing Natural

with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwest line of
Frederick M. Frow's property; thence northwestwardly along
said prolongation and along the southwest line of the
Frederick M. Frow property to the most westerly corner of
Frederick M. Frow's property; thence westwardly in a straight
line to a point in the easterly corporation limits line of
the Village of Bel-Nor, said point being three hundred fifty
five (355) feet southerly from the center of Natural Bridge
Road; thence northwardly along the easterly corporation
limits line of the Village of Bel-Nor to the center line of
Natural Bridge Road; thence westwardly along the center line

eastwardly along said southern line of McNulty Homesites
Second Addition to its intersection with the western line of
Brown Road; thence northwardly along the western line of
Brown Road to its intersection with the northern line of
McNulty Homesites Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat
Book 35 at Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along said northern line of McNulty Homesites
Subdivision to its intersection with the northwardly
prolongation of the east line of Lot 1 of Rosemore
Subdivision aforesaid; thence northwardly along said
prolongation to its intersection with the northern line of
Bobb Avenue as shown on the plat of Eleanor Park recorded in

its intersection with the eastern line of Eminence Boulevard
