AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance Number 11 fixing the
compensation of the Executive Director, and enacting a new
ordinance in lieu thereof relating to the same subject, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance Number 11 fixing the salary of
the Executive Director, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Effective September 13, 1955, the salary
of the Executive Director shall be at the rate of $10,800.00 per
annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments.
Section Three. There being in effect no comprehensive
compensation plan in which is included the salary of an Executive
Director, and the present Executive Director having been appointed
effective September 13, 1955, with the understanding that his com-
pensation shall be the amount fixed in Section Two hereof, creates
an emergency within the meaning of the plan and this Ordinance
shall be and become effective on the 13th day of September, 1955.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 19, 1955.
