AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing storm, sanitary and
public utility easement in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, the City of Kirkwood, at the request of the
owners of the subject property, has, by Ordinance No. 4128, dated
October 21, 1955, vacated its rights and interests in such
existing easement, and has accepted an easement on another part of
the same parcel of ground in lieu thereof; and
WHEREAS, this District may avail itself of the
substituted easement at such time as it deems fit, and has no
further use for the original easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described storm sewer,
sanitary sewer and public utility easement is hereby vacated, to
wit:
Existing ten feet (10') wide easement being the East five
feet (5') of Lot 24 and the West five feet (5') of Lot
25, in Block 4 of Corona Park, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1955.
