HomeMy Public PortalAbout00047 Repealing Ord No. 25 O R D I N A N C E NO. 47 AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 25, adopted June 20, 1955, and making appropriations for current expenses of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for that part of the Fiscal Year beginning February 1, 1956, and ending June 30, 1956. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Effective the first day of February, 1956, Ordinance No. 25, adopted June 20, 1955, is hereby repealed. Section Two. There is hereby appropriated and set apart out of District revenues, the sum of One Million Fifty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Two and 71/100 ($1,054,872.71) Dollars for the support, maintenance and operation of the several departments, boards, offices and functions of the District for that part of the Fiscal Year beginning February 1, 1956 and ending June 30, 1956, as hereinafter detailed: Section Three.
