AN ORDINANCE vacating and relinquishing any right, title and
interest held by THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT in an
easement reserved for sewer and public utilities purposes in the
Clayton Park Addition Subdivision;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested
the vacation of said easement and THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT has no use for any rights it may have in such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement reserved for
sewer and public utility purposes is hereby vacated, to wit:
The east 7 feet 6 inches of Lot 29 and the West 7 feet 6
inches of Lot 30 in Clayton Park Addition Subdivision, as
shown on a Plat recorded as Daily Number 37, June 16th, 1932
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of the County of St.
Louis, Missouri
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 1956.
