A RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY HALL CHANGE ORDER #3
IN THE AMOUNT OF $552.00
Whereas, The City recognizes that final items need to be accounted for with the
building of the new city hall and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that includes some additional
ADA hardware installation for the bathrooms as well as installing another quad outlet in
the mechanical room to accommodate for the media installation;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
Change Order #3 in the amount of $552.00.
On the 14th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2014-060, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING CITY HALL CHANGE ORDER #3 IN THE AMOUNT OF $552.00 and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-060, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY
HALL CHANGE ORDER #3 IN THE AMOUNT OF $552.00 to be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of May, 2014.
