AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in the
Laurel Hills Memorial Gardens, a cemetery in St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, this District has no further use for the
original easement and will be granted a sewer easement over the
same property upon the vacation of the original easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement ten (10') feet wide across the Laurel Hills
Memorial Gardens Cemetery according to the easement plat recorded
in Book 2955, page 584 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1956.
