AN ORDINANCE vacating and relinquishing any right, title and
interest held by THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT in an
easement reserved for sewer and public utilities purposes in City
Block 6436 of the City of St. Louis,
WHEREAS, the owners of the subJect property have requested
the vacation of said easement and THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT has no use for any rights it may have in such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement reserved for
sewer and public utility purposes is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easterly 10 feet of Lots 1, - 2, - 3, - 4, - 5, - 6,- 7,
- and 8, situated in City Block 6436 of the City of St. Louis
that front on Webmore Drive. The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District reserves the easement it has in the southerly
5 feet of Lot 8 situated in City Block 6436 of the City of
St. Louis which fronts on Webmore Drive.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1956.
