AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Seven
Thousand Five Hundred ($7,500.00) Dollars out of the un-
appropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
General Funds of the Department of Finance, Personal Services
Account, No. 1-1040-100 for the purpose of hiring the necessary
personnel so that the District can provide all of the services
necessary to maintain the sewer service charge billing in an
efficient manner, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS
SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart out
of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District
the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($7,500.00) Dollars to the
General Fund of the Department of Finance, Personal Services
Account No. 1-1040-100 for the purpose of hiring the necessary
personnel so that the District can provide all of the services
necessary to maintain the sewer service charge billing in an
efficient manner.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 6, 1956.
