O R D I N A N C E NO. 103
AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of One Hundred
Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars ($125,140.00) of
the proceeds of sale of bonds authorized by Ordinance No. 90, for
the purpose of reimbursing the treasury of the District for
advances in connection with the issuance of such bonds, for the
procuring of rights-of-way and constructing sanitary sewers within
the area of Subdistrict Number Two of the River des Peres
Watershed (Vinita Park area).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the proceeds of the sale of bonds issued under and
pursuant to Ordinance No. 90, adopted the twenty-third day of
July, 1956, for the purpose of reimbursing the treasury of the
District for funds advanced in connection with the formation and
planning of sewers to be constructed in Subdistrict Number Two of
the River des Peres Watershed (Vinita Park area), and for the
purpose of procuring rights-of-way and constructing sewers within
such area the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred
Forty ($125,140.00) Dollars.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 20, 1956.
