O R D I N A N C E NO. 107
AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in
Block 58 of the MacKenzie Tract, St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
is being given a new easement over the same property satisfactory
to this District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an existing 10 foot easement over the south
10 feet of Lot 13 of Millers MacKenzie Suburbs, Block 58,
MacKenzie Tract, T44N, R6E, St. Louis County, Missouri,
extending from the east line of Montague Court 50 feet wide
to a point 20 feet west of the east line of said Lot 13, and
that portion of an existing 10 foot easement over the north
10 feet of Lot 12 of said Millers MacKenzie Suburbs, Block
58, MacKenzie Tract, extending from the east line of Montague
Court 50 feet wide to a point 20 feet west of the east line
of said Lot 12.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1956.
