AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 27 of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District adopted June 30, 1955, which
regulates and controls the disposal of human and industrial waste
in The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and authorizes the
Executive Director to promulgate rules and regulations subject to
approval of the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and provides conditions upon which connections to
sewers may be required.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District:
Section One. Ordinance No. 27 of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, adopted June 30, 1955, which regulates and
controls the disposal of human and industrial waste in The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and authorizes the Executive
Director to promulgate rules and regulations subject to approval
of the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District and provides conditions upon which connections to sewers
may be required is hereby repealed.
Section Two. This ordinance shall not be so construed
as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty
heretofore incurred by the violation of said Ordinance No. 27, nor
to bar the prosecution of any such violation.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1957.
