AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District and the City of Kirkwood to vacate such
easement, and this District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement over the eastern seven and one-half (72) feet of Lot 1
of Lanyard Lane, a Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
as recorded as Daily No. 216, August 23, 1955, in the St.
Louis County Records, excepting therefrom an easement five
(5) feet wide over the northern 5 feet of said Lot 1.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1957.
