AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri:
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement,
together with the 12" pipe sewer therein, is hereby vacated, to
wit:
A strip of land in City Block 4955 in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, ten (10) feet wide,
extending from the south line of Beck Avenue
60 feet wide southwardly a distance of two
hundred (200) feet, the center line of which
is two hundred fifty (250) feet, more or
less, west of the west line of Holt Avenue 60
feet wide.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1957.
