AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have granted
to this District a satisfactory substitute easement, and this
District has no further use for such old easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
A strip of land in City Block 4735 in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, seven (7) feet wide over the
west seven (7) feet and the south seven (7)
feet of Lot 50 of said City Block, over a
square of land seven (7) feet by seven (7)
feet in the southwest corner of Lot 49 of
said City Block, and over the west seven (7)
feet of Lot 60 of said City Block, excepting
therefrom the easement over the ten (10) foot
wide strip of land in said Lot 60 adjacent to
and northeast of the Missouri Pacific Rail-
road Right-of-Way.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1957.
