AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Six Thousand Five
Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars out of the unappropriated surplus of
the General Revenues of the District to the Improvement Fund,
Account No. 2-5005, for the purpose of making borings and sub-
surface studies necessary in connection with the correction of the
slippage of the bank of the River des Peres on the south side of
the River des Peres storm water channel.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Revenues of the
District to the Improvement Fund, Account No. 2-5005, the sum of
Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars for the purpose of
making borings and sub-surface studies in connection with and
preliminary to the correction of the slippage of the bank of the
River des Peres on the south side of the River des Peres storm
water channel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1957.
