AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in Lot
6 of Verne-Glenn Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further use for the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement for sewer and drainage purposes in the
South Ten (10) Feet of Lot 6 of Verne-Glen, a Subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 83 of
the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1957.
