AN ORDINANCE vacating existing sewer easements in Lots
70 and 71 of Watson Terrace Plat No. 2 Subdivision, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements and this District
has been given new and satisfactory easements in the same property
by the recording of Watson Terrace Plat No. 3, the same being a
re-subdivision of said Lots 70 and 71, as recorded in Plat Book
79, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit: Sewer easements in strips five (5)
feet wide in Lots 70 and 71 of Watson Terrace Plat No. 2
Subdivision as shown and delineated on the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 75, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1957.
