AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in the
Town of Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement and have offered
the District a satisfactory similar easement over the same lot,
which the District intends to accept upon the vacation of the
existing easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement ten (10) feet wide, the center line of
which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north
line of property now or formerly of F. William Brockmann and Annie
F. L. Brockmann in the Southwest one quarter (1/4) of Section 6,
Township 45 North, Range 6 East in the Town of Olivette, said
point being 349.78 feet east of the eastern line of Warson Road 40
feet wide; thence at an angle of 44Ε 44' to the right from said
north property line a distance of 189.15 feet to a point; thence
to the right at an angle of 37Ε 35' a distance of 75 feet more or
less to the north boundary of property now or formerly of Benjamin
H. Finke and wife.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1957.
