AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District and St. Louis County to vacate such
easement, and this District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement over the north five (5) feet of Lots 28 through
35 of Glasgow Village Unit No. 6, a Subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 57,
Pages 48 and 49 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom an easement over the north five (5)
feet of the west sixteen (16) feet of Lot 28.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 6, 1957.
