AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an existing sewer
easement in the City of Ferguson, St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement and
have offered the District a satisfactory similar easement over the
same lot, which the District intends to accept upon the vacation
of such portion of the existing easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST, LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the east line of Dade Avenue 40
feet wide distant S. 0o 59' West 249.98 feet from the
intersection of the South line of Tiffin Avenue with
the East line of Dade Avenue; thence easterly with the
center line of easement as recorded August 1, 1939 in
Book 1575, Page 539 of the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds, St. Louis County, 145.26 feet to a point; thence
southerly at right angles 5 feet to the south line of
said easement; thence westerly 5 feet from and parallel
with the previously identified center line 145.26 feet
to the east line of Dade Avenue; thence northerly along
the east line of said Dade Avenue 5 feet to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1957.
