AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Twenty-five
thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars out of the unappropriated
revenues of the District for emergency repairs and maintenance,
purchasing materials and equipment therefor, rental of equipment
and hiring additional temporary personnel therefor, and other
expenses incidental thereto;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. There is hereby appropriated out of the
appropriated revenues of the District the sum of Twenty-five
Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars for emergency repairs and
maintenance, purchasing materials and equipment therefor, rental
of equipment and hiring additional temporary personnel therefor,
and other expenses incidental thereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 17, 1957.
