AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easements and have offered
the District satisfactory similar easements over a resubdivision
of the same area, which the District intends to accept upon the
vacation of the existing easements; and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant has vacated its
interests in said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements for sewer purposes in Lots 136 through
173, inclusive, all of De Smet Plat 2, a Subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily
Number 115, February 19, 1957 in the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 1, 1957.
